So Simon Grayson steaded the ship and took us to a play-off campaign, shame it ended in disappointment, and yes, everyone could see the bloke down the left wing in the semi-final was destroying us, everyone but Mr. Grayson it seems!!

but, more importantly ...

The fabulous PP Trophy has left UK shores to reside in Ireland for a year at least. Mike took the title with a record tally, but only won the competition by 2 points from second placed Glen. Impressive scoring in this campaign saw, for the first time, all the top six finish on 100 plus points, in fact the top twelve all had three figure scores at season's end. Excellent effort from this year's punters, probably helped by Mr. Grayson, in keeping PNE on a consistent level throughout the season.

Mike and Glen were joined in the top six by, in order by, Steve (infidel), Barb (Snow White), David (davidmyer) and Gary (Costablanca White)

So congratulations to all for a cracking competition, and we look forward to seeing you all for pre-season training after the summer
